This diet plan is followed by me and if you feel any of the food is allergic to you stop immediately. There is no rule to exactly follow the same diet you can alternate with your food choices. Keep hydrated by having lot of fluids and nurse nurse nurse your little one. Nursing on demand will boost your milk supply enormously. Nursing the first 2 months is important and do not supplement with formula. You will go through many growth spurts during that time you feel you baby is feeding often. It doesn’t mean you don’t have enough milk. It’s your little ones trick to boost your supply to meet his needs and growing tummy lol…

Things To Avoid:
Avoid gas-generating foods such as potato, pulses, raw mango and raw banana.
Other foods such as thyme, parsley, peppermint and cabbage leaves are also said to affect your milk production adversely.
