Bread banana toast
No need processed jam replace with this banana slices. It tastes heavenly to have a bite.

If you take this in your breakfast you will feel full and gets more energy to cope up with day to day activities. Whole wheat bread also aids in weight loss. Instructions
  1. Place a tawa and preheat.
  2. Place two slices of bread and toast it in medium flame.
  3. Add oil or ghee and toast the bread.
  4. Once when one side is done start placing chopped banana slices on the bread keep in low flame while placing.
  5. Turn over the bread with banana slices. Meanwhile check the other bread do not burn it.
  6. Press gently on the bread with banana for 1 -2 mins in low flame.
  7. Again gently turn over the bread with banana slices. The banana slices has turned the color to pale brown.
  8. Place the other bread on the banana slices.
  9. Press both bread gently. It will stick together in the heat of banana.
  10. The bread banana toast is ready.
  11. Transfer to a plate.
  12. See the slices of banana inside. You do not need jam just avoid eating those processed foods.
  13. Yummy bread banana toast. Easy to digest and easy to cook. But gives you more energy.
