Banana sweet a very healthy option to feed your toddlers. Banana sweet is very easy to make at any time as a quick snack. Cooking part is very less if you choose to add roasted coconut and cashews to the sweet. Banana is a healthy fruit mainly it helps in constipation.

Most of the kids do not eat properly mainly because they have constipation problem. Parent do not identify the real cause of the kids not eating properly. Kids must have one banana every day as the banana is power packed fruit with vitamins,minerals,potassium etc. Banana is also good for skin. Banana inner skin can be directly applied on skin to get healthy and glowing skin.

I feed my daughter with one banana each day from her 8 th month. It keeps her full and satisfied till her morning nap. Till now I give her this banana in any form like this. But now she expects topups like jaggery, cashews etc. To give my daughter(one and half years) I avoid adding coconut she doesn’t like the texture. So feeding them heathy food of their choice is the best option.

Banana sweet
Instructions
  1. Check the ingredients list.
  2. Keep things ready
  3. Chop banana, grate coconut, chop cashews, make jaggery to powder. Roast coconut and cashews in 1 tsp ghee.
  4. Add chopped banana to a bowl.
  5. Add 2 tbsp jaggery to it. Make sure it is free of impurities.
  6. Mix with a clean spoon.
  7. Stir well jaggery will melt down.
  8. Now add roasted coconut and cashews to the bowl. Coconut is optional. Its your kids choice.
  9. Stir well till bind.
  10. Add a pinch of cardamon powder now.
  11. Mix together. Rest for 10 mins so that jaggery will melt down completely. So that it melts in your mouth.
  12. Banana sweet is ready to serve.
  13. Topup with dry fruits of your choice.
