Arisi maavu urundai is from my MIL s kitchen and she often prepare it whenever she prepare fresh flour and she insists me to have this as it is rich in iron and other good fats from groundnuts. This authentic arisi maavu urundai is prepared during Kovil thiruvizha at her native place and offered to the goddess.
