ABC³juice – The miracle drink

This health drink is named  after it ingredients first letter A – apple, B – beetroot, C – carrot, coconut and cardamon. People those who are on diet must have this drink. This juice is healthy for your whole family. Me my husband my sister in law and even I give this to my daughter. I will some how manage to feed this drink to my daughter. Anyhow she will have at least 3/4 the of her glass but sometimes only half a glass. At least that will nourish her and I will be very happy for that. It also increases the production of red blood cells, hence increasing hemoglobin for the little one. In foods, cardamom is used as a spice but I included this to enhance the flavor of the drink and also for it’s above mentioned benefits.
